Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus, and Easter His sacrifice on the cross.
Everything in between hardly gets any attention other than His last three years.
But He did something amazing for thirty years before He even began His earthly ministry. He led a life of active obedience that made it possible for Him to take our place on the cross.
Listen about a boy who paved the way and think about how your 2007 will look like if you live a life of active obedience.

Why did the Lamb of God have to suffer so?
For the most part our sins aren’t that bad. After all, we’re not Stalin, Hitler, Idi Amin, or Pol Pot.
But what if our sins are that bad? What if the only way to save the world is for an innocent lamb to die.
Christianity isn’t an easy religion to grasp. The innocent die, the guilty go free. The first are last and last first.
So come listen to why the Lamb of God had to suffer, and maybe you’ll understand the depths of your sin.
After all, you can’t be cured if you don’t even know you’re sick.

Examine yourself. Which are you?

Luke builds a vision of who Jesus is as a Messiah by giving us insight into Jesus’ life at a middle school age. Like layers of a Bob Ross painting, Luke alone includes this portrait of Jesus at age 12, and gives indication as to Jesus’ Messianic role as a son of Israel, a son of prophetic greatness, and the Son of God.
