Hebrews 11 is the Hall of Fame of the faithful. But have you looked at some of the names? There are kings, patriarchs, prophets and all kinds of people faithful to God. But there are also liars, adulterers, and murderers and they are the same people!
What do they have in common that puts them in the Hall of Fame and what is it about them that gives us hope?
We are a prosperous and comfortable people. Most of our needs are being met. We do not go to bed hungry.
Then why aren’t we satisfied? Why do we want more and more? Are we looking for the wrong things to satisfy us?
What home are you decorating? The one you’re living in now, or the one you’ll be living in for the rest of your life?
Read Hebrews 11:1. Listen and quit living based on your own understanding and, instead, learn to trust God.
Do you have what it takes to be a hero? What’s your super power? And where does your power come from?
It’s easier than you may think to access that power. All it takes is faith. But faith in what?
Listen and find out because putting your faith in the wrong thing can be the most harmful thing you’ve ever done.
