This document would benefit any person working on a committee or helping with any project at the church. It provides information regarding the logistics of working with the facility and office staff as you do the work of your ministry.
It guides you through the steps for securing a room, who you should contact for different needs, publicizing your events, how to get reimbursed for expenses or request a check, and other general information on facility use and office policies.

Volunteer Handbook - This is a 12 page, indexed manual covering our most common policies. It is comprehensive, but if you don't see something you need, please don't assume anything, but please make sure you have read the entire handbook before you call asking for clarification.
Check Request Form - This is a check request form if you need to purchase something using our tax ID, or paying honorarium, etc...
Reimbursement Form - This is to reimburse you for out-of-pocket expenses approved by the department head. Please follow the directions closely so that your reimbursement will not be delayed.
Timesheet Form - This is a payroll timesheet for anyone getting paid for hourly work.
