UPC Missions Strategy

The vision of University Presbyterian Church is to "Transform Lives in a Changing Word". The missions team is committed to supporting that vision and moves forward within its own mission statement of:

A network of people, like you, getting connected locally and globally through strategic partnerships to fulfill our common dream of transforming lives in a changing world.

The UPC missions team is focused on the following actions:

• Missions, both domestic and abroad.
• Missions, both short-term and long.
• Spreading God's Word.
• Being a Global Neighbor.

UPC missions supports both internal mission activities as well as external missionaries that are stationed around the world. Our mission support is focused on missionaries that are primarily involved in church planting in areas which have a strong need for hearing the Gospel. Currently UPC is supporting missionaries in Japan, Germany, Hungary, and France, along with supplemental support for planted churches such as New Song in Harlem, New York.
