Mark Lloyd - January
The early years of life were a blur for me as our family followed my father's oil exploration job around the country. After 24 places in the first 8 years, we moved to Bogota, Colombia and Brussels, Belgium for elementary school. Our year in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia included ninth grade at a boarding school in Beirut, Lebanon and high school graduation was on Long Island, New York. I moved to Southern California for college and during my second year met Jesus as my Savior.
I graduated from Biola University with a degree in Missions, spent most of 4 years in Uganda, with Campus Crusade for Christ. Since returning, I have held several different positions including my present one, event planning and conference coordinator, for Momentum Europe. I have been married to my wife Lori for 23 years; we have 2 boys, Mike and Daniel.
We have been attending UPC for over 10 years and I am presently leading a home group and serve on the Kingdom Men Leadership Team.
I enjoy "new technologies," watching the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, and Florida in the winter.
