Just Older Youth

The JOY Group's purpose is to provide a caring, supportive and friendly environment for members and friends of UPC at or above fifty years old.

While we are busy enjoying ourselves in activities, events, trips and special parties, we always take time to minister to our members and those around us. We seek to serve those who may be alone or without the touch of family or close friends to share their joys and sorrows.

We meet weekly on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am in the Education building. We attempt to sponsor fellowship activities about every other month. Usually around special holidays, we sponsor fellowship activities to bring the JOY GROUP together so no one needs to feel left out.

We find God's blessing in some of the relationships and friendships that have resulted from this group and continue to seek His guidance for our direction.
